In a world ravaged by war started by a wicked hydreigon, the pokemon have been split into three groups - Outcasts, Heretics and Darkness. Two members of the Outcasts Guild - a meowstic called Cleo and her small dedenne companion Spark - stumble upon an odd discovery. Something that sparks a little hope amongst the Outcasts. The hope that one day, the Darkness just might be defeated and pokemon can live in peace once more. However, this discovery sets two assassins - an androgynous zorua named Harlequin and a joker of a banette named Enigma - after Cleo and her friends. What unfolds next is a roller-coaster of events that throw our heroes right into the epic battle between good and evil. (Nominated for Serebii's Fanfiction Awards 2015 for 'best character development' (tied for second place) and 'best new writer' (first place). Also nominated for 'most dedicated writer', 'best pokemon centric 'fic', 'best new chaptered 'fic' and 'best Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 'fic'. But as Amethio slowly discovers things about his past he was never intended to find he begins to question everything. Note!! This story will make heaps more sense if you have watched up to episode 105 of Pokemon Horizons! And will also avoid you getting spoilers. Also as this fic is set after 105, this means no events from 106 and beyond will be canon!! (Y/n) lived a pretty busy life in the Hisuan region. Thousands of years back in the past. She was the vice clan leader to the Diamond Clan. Adaman being right above her. That was up until a mysterious darkness came over the Hisuan region during the night . Adaman got busy with the sudden rift leaving (Y/n) to take over his duties as clan leader. After a long and exhausting day, she went to the beach to get some time to relax. But in a dream, a hand appeared. It took (Y/n) to an alternate world. A world full of magic, unknown people, and unknown technology. Having no clue where she is or how this world works, she has to survive in this odd place along side her Pokemon team. Hello there! Amethio has been with The Explorers for as long as he could remember, that was until Spinel had gotten him kicked out. If he didn't do anything wrong then why was he the one bleeding out to his death in the snow? Three Zorua eggs, one missing, one smashed, one completely fine. When it hatches a Hisuian Zorua The Explorers will be more powerful. That is of course, if it chooses to help. *** The entire story is actually complete with 7 chapters for this part.
