Hawkmoth has declared war on the heroes, and the Miraculous take action about it by fighting the Akumas. But they're not the only ones. A group of vigilantes known as the Neo Outlaws, who kill villains for the sake of mankind. The Miraculous will find out who they are, and that they're led by Peter Wellington aka Red Hood. Both the Miraculous and the Neo Outlaws will fight Hawkmoth and his Akumas to defend Paris. But there's a chaos lord who seeks to conquer.
