Cerise Harvey is a twenty-three year old hopeless romantic and over achiever, following closely in the shadows of her father, Michael Harvey- top criminal defense attorney of New York, legacy. With big shoes to fill, she's always gone above and beyond seeking his recognition and approval. In doing so, she never got to discover her true self- she instead became a version of what others wanted her to be.

Still desperately seeking the approval of her father, she bites off more than she can chew with her first case.
