Taliya Hale, youngest daughter to Talia Hale was in the burning building with everybody else as a three year old little girl. While Peter was freaking out Taliya was crying and scared and felt completely alone despite being surrounded by her family, this caused her to shift and access her wolfy aspects at the age of three and making her the youngest werewolf in history.
