Dottie Ramos despises everything about her elite, all-girls school, but the worst thing of all would be the Student Council. All the girls in it are pretentious and self-important, even more so than the teachers. The absolute worst offender though would be their Vice President, Laura Vam. There's no one Dottie hates more than that bitch. Unfortunately for Dottie, Laura is the only one willing to mingle with commoners such as herself. So, when Dottie's less-than-average GPA makes the school's principal have a talk with her, Dottie ends up under the tutoring care of Laura.
