The Mermaid of Santa Monica

Tommy Fishbach and his mother has just moved to Santa Monica, and longs to make a new friend. He gets his wish when he befriends a local girl named Adrianna, who has one little secret...she's a mermaid!

As the two make a big splash in the city, they are forced to deal with the arrogant and psychotic Dr. Mongrell, who plans to expose Adrianna's true identity to the world and use her secrets for his own selfish gains.
