Look, Phoebe didn't ask to get sucked into Percy's trouble. In fact, she felt very strongly that the best thing to do would be to stay very far away from Percy Jackson. She didn't fall into any of the 'chosen one' nonsense. She didn't listen when Annabeth rambled in my ear while nursing him back to health.
