You died and get reincarnated into another world specifically the My hero academia universe. You decided from a young age you wanna be a hero to help out with the world to try to help the main storyline from the side line buts its more difficult then you expect your parents are criminals.
Nonetheless you still try to follow your dreams of hero to save your parents and everyone else involved with the story.
(I'll mostly start on the (mc) background for the first couple of chapters and older characters such as Hawk, EraserHead, Dabi, Shigaraki, and Toga will be aged down close to mc age when the storyline starts everyone in the story line will be aged up to age of 18)
