The story follows Luna, a popular girl adored by everyone who struggles with the constant pressure to be perfect-perfect grades, perfect boyfriend, and perfect everything. She finds solace in Elio, realizing she doesn't have to maintain her flawless facade with him. Unaware of Elio's inner turmoil, Luna navigates her own challenges, including the pressure to maintain her image as the perfect girl with a flawless family.

Luna forms an unexpected bond with Elio, discovering herself and gaining understanding in his company. As their connection grows, Luna begins to notice Elio's struggles. She becomes a source of support for him, encouraging him to seek help and confront his demons. Together, they embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery, learning to overcome their past traumas and embrace the complexities of their relationship.
