Ash has been betrayed by his old companions, and his mom, even though he saved the world; again! But Serena, Bonnie, and Clemont stayed loyal to him. Ash still isn't recovering from the betrayal that left a big scar in his heart, and Serena is trying to comfort him until they go on vacation to Alola and have a real date. Ash then joins the Kalos League again but they meet an unexpected group.
