     Bill Cipher, a once feared and powerful demon of the dreamscape was defeated by simple mortals. How pathetic. Stuck in the theraprism, he feels as if he's loosing his mind, that is, until the Axolotl, a time-less and interstellar being, sends him to Gravity Falls, Oregon once again. It seems this universal creature is doing this in hopes of making him a better person, through constrainting his power and forcing him to spend time with the very creatures who brought on his demise.
    
     Why don't you see how he's doing, two months into this arrangement? Well, I'll tell you one thing. Not good.
