Everybody has a story to tell. So here are the story of the inhabitants from South Liverpool. From the drifter Caitlin who has a talent for the stage but has itchy feet and after the whirlwind romance with Calam wonders whether she can actually grow roots. To the elderly man who tries to find things to occupy the long hours of the day to hide his loneliness. Then there is Calam a talented heart surgeon who tries to convince himself that Caitlin loves, Jesper the once footballing protege now dreaming of rock stardom and then Calam's young daughter Coral Meredith-Madvig who visits from London.
