This fanfiction has the following: Killer frost, Vibe, No Dr.wells, Eddie is alive, and i may add some olicity in a crossover chapter. Caitlin gains her powers after nearly dying. Barry shocked her making her powers turn on. They then had to put her in the pipeline because Caitlin said it was safer for everyone.
