Isaac, a bad boy thrown from one town to another is sent to New York to be apart of a group of spies. In hope that it might change him. When he's there he meets 16 year old Candice Hudson- his new partner in crime. The two despite their difference are forced to stay together and help it each other get through it. But how can you help a boy that doesn't want to be save, or even be there.
