Elyria has been kidnapped by the "Governement's" Secret Agency who are creating a fresh group of elite soldiers with superhuman capibilities. They can be programmed to follow orders that will appear engraved in black ink on the flexor side of their right forearm in which only they can see. This time they're targeting children who are young enough to withstand the Sinstigma and are quicker to train as children killers. Once the Virus is injected, they will lose their memories and never become the children they were.
