In life, there is a balance of good and evil. Not all humans are good and not all creatures of the night are evil. There is a town full of people that lives normal human lives except they are not normal or human. Castiel gets injured with an type of demon poison and Gabriel comes back from the dead to point them to an place that can save him. He warns them "Don't judge a book by its cover". They realize that not everyone likes the idea of a town full of nice monsters. I don't own Supernatural.
