I have a sleep disorder. I'm not sure if it has a name, but I dream every night. However, my dreams are nightmares alone. This will contain dreams that I remember well. My readers will understand my fears. Perhaps-- Some can help me? I suffer from severe insomnia for most nights, for I avoid sleeping. So, somedays, I may skip an entry. I often have one to three dreams a night. I have Parasomia (Night Terrors and Sleep Paralysis)
