dear reader, this book probably won't matter to you. these are letters from me, an anonymous human on the internet, to people I know in real life. maybe they'll read this, maybe they won't. i'm assuming that these secrets will stay in the deepest parts of my heart, and in this book, and not travel elsewhere. these are all the things I long to say. all the things I couldn't say. these are letters, letters from the void where my heart is supposed to be.

There's a scene in the movie, Rise of the Guardians, where Santa explains himself through the use of a matryoshka doll, and how at his very core, is wonder. Which got me thinking, what is wonder? Is it awe and admiration? Or is it curiosity and doubt? I think wonder is everything, yet nothing. Like how white is one colour, but it also contains every other colour within it. That's how Ayah came into being. This is a Lifebook, which is a record of the important events or milestones, in a person's life. I hope whoever reads this work sees how wonder is present in our everyday lives, and that it contains every other emotion within it.
