This story is in honour of the Paris tragedy that happened on Friday, November 13th, 2015. There were a loss of lives that night and this story is to be respected, I don't care if you don't think the story is deserving to be respected, respect the real meaning behind my story. Respect the though that there was a terrorist attack and hostages were taken and killed in a movie theatre, there are some truths in this story, but the characters were made up and the other things too, if I tell you, I'll spoil the ending. But be sad right now, as your reading this, that more than 100 people died that day, and they were so innocent. Respect is all I'm asking for, not for me, by for Paris...

finding one self takes patience, loneliness, love, heartache, strength , time, forgiveness and praying daily .

This isn't a story, it's just a bunch of rhymes I wrote to express my feelings. A lot of it is repeated in a way but it's cuz I'm just writing what I feel at that moment.... Feel free to read them if you want :)

God has a desire for you to lean into him. God has a desire for you to see him in a powerful new light. I know this world may drain you at times, but he wants you to have a prayer life with him that is on fire. He wants you to know that he has you and he wants your whole heart. God wants to ignite your relationship with him. He wants a deep relationship with you and he wants you to be rooted in his love. He wants you to experience him in a new light. He wants you to stop beating yourself up in this season and to start grabbing tight to his hand. He wants to take you to greater levels and he is calling out for you to receive his mighty love. You may feel like you have a hunger to grow your relationship with God, but you feel stuck. We all face problems, but God wants to help you through them. You might feel like you don't have the right words to say to God, but he is looking for a heart cry. There are no perfect prayers you can pray, but I pray that each prayer in this book would help you grow your prayer life. God is looking for you to call out to him even if you feel like you don't know where to start. Remember, James 5:16 (NIV) states- Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. This prayer book has reflection points to help you think about your walk with God and how to get closer to him. The reflection points are at the bottom of each chapter. You can answer them during your quiet time with God or even after you read the chapter. God knows what you are facing and your prayers aren't hitting the ceiling. They are going right to his ears.

This summer starts just like all the others, excitement, positive energy, summer shopping for new clothes, and making plans with family and friends to go on many adventures this summer. If you can't already tell, Summer is my favorite season. I love everything about it; everybody is always happier in the sunshine. This summer hasn't been full of sun, Weekend getaways, beach days, concerts, and nights at Fenway as I imagined. This summer was spent navigating a lymphoma diagnosis that my English Bulldog, Dudley, received. Although he turns 8 in October, the news was still completely unexpected. It shook me to the core, and seeing his decline has broken my heart into 1 million pieces, and each time I gather them back up off the floor, a couple extra go missing each time there's a part of me that I will never get back. It feels almost as if there's a hole in my chest that was occupied for the past nearly eight years by my best friend, Moo Moo, dudder butter, and many more nicknames he's accumulated over the years from the many people I met him and found love with him just like I did. This whole process has taken me on a roller coaster of emotions. There have been good, lousy, dark, and even funny moments throughout this journey of keeping him comfortable; his last day with me should be any day now or any month now, or any year now. That's the crazy part about all this. Nothing is in my control. I have no idea what the next day will bring or won't. What I do now is see it in the way he walks, the way he looks at me, and even the way he sleeps. Nothing is the same anymore. I often look in the mirror, making the tears way and asking myself. Are you having fun yet?
