IBS is a bit uncommon term to people.IBS stand for Irritable Bowel Syndrome .It is a very rear kind of syndrome among peoples ,all around the world near about 10% peoples are suffering with IBS. The common symptoms of IBS are diarrhea , constipation, abdominal discomfort and pain. It's bit difficult to diagnose IBS but still these are some tests you can do to diagnose IBS like breath test, colonoscopy, endoscopy etc.

The thoughts of someone who cannot seem to find a purpose. Thoughts of someone who no longer sees a point in trying. To them, the only future is the one deep beneath the cold, hard ground.

Though I have made bad choices concerning what I eat, I'm only slightly-moderately prone to gastrointestinal problems due to family heritage. I didn't know I had it till age 13.
