My name is Alex. I am a writer and student of the arts. A major of undecided, for the time being. Writing has always been a way to express myself when all other methods fail.

I really miss writing. I used to write all the time a few years ago. It was one of my favorite ways to relax, unwind, and tell myself a story. I love to invent stories that lift my spirits and encourage me to keep on going through life. I think that's what I believe literature to be: it is our way of knowing that we don't walk this world alone.

It's the stories that give me a new perspective on life that make me want to read them over and over again. I think all authors and novelists should strive to show new ways to view the world around us.
