Basically...... Earth became a barren wasteland...... and I thought I was the only one who survived. Well..... I technically didn't survive?.....it's confusing. I'm a mutant. I was attacked by some sentient mushroom thing, but I was able to restrain the infection. Now I look like a normal human being but...... there was some.... Side effects. I'm now able to grow and control plants! Which there are not a lot on Earth now. I'm also part of a hive mind connected to the fungi. It's pretty painful.
