Some say literature can change the world. I believe it can't, but it can change people and people change the world. Writing enables me to get to know the world and myself and to handle it all.

Since I'm Belgian (Flemish), I occasionally write in Dutch, but I have a bunch of LGBT+ one-shots, a completed novella about a queer, demiromantic and asexual vampire, and a novel in English about a gay divorcee.

I am part of the rainbow (she/her, queer and ace, aro-spec) and I celebrate my fellow rainbow people on this profile, so you can check out my reading lists for some queer stories I recommend.

I'm also a violinist and a classical music nerd and I hardly watch any movies/series/shows, so don't expect that kind of references. I'm a literature and language girl all around (I've a master and teaching degree in Ancient Greek and Latin, and now work in heritage) and I love history and art and philosophy and science and anything intellectual, so really I'm just a big nerd.
