Nuclear Chill is based upon the "What If?" question of a certain event, in which the world was nearly engulfed in a nuclear fireball. Based in 1995, everything is old school and the world ain't got IPhones and all that tech that we have today, no, and guess what? The world of Nuclear Chill isn't exactly pleasant, as you'll find out.
