Hello my lovelies!

I am a freelance writer focusing primarily on bringing awareness to addiction and mental illness. I also speak of love, the importance of self awareness and the understanding that sometimes it feels like it is easier to let go than to carry on.

In recovery myself, I have become an active member in my community, meetings and promoting resources and providing comfort and guidance to those still struggling. I plan on training to become a Recovery Coach through the inspiration and an immense encouragement of my support team.

I also currently Southern New Hampshire University majoring in Human Services with a concentration in Substance Abuse. A minor will be also be added in due time in trauma and family services.

I enjoy reading, writing, fishing, hiking, shooting and spending time with my family. I live in The Lakes Region of New Hampshire with my husband, two sons, 2 dogs and 8 fluffy butt cluckers. 🐓
