Me rubbing peppermint on my chest help with cold I recently caught and now the peppermint is burning through my F*cringe chest!
@LoveWritingBl if you mix it with a plant based oil like olive oil or a lotion it wont burn you hope you feel better by now or soon <3
If you're using essential oils, it's really important that you dilute them. Cuz peppermint can burn your skin. (Hopefully it wasn't too bad)
