Reading a story is like dreaming, it lets your imagination run wild, writing on the other hand, is like taking hold of your imagination and telling it where to run, the best part is that both can help you forget reality. 
Without books, we have no past or future, they are like magic, with no power needed but a candle to light the way. They should be cherished with a passionate fire, let your flame burn bright, for no water can extinguish it.

As for me, I'm just a young...ish girl who loves reading and writing. 
Born and bred in Australia, books are one of my best friends. I've been writing stories longer than I can remember, and telling them longer than that. This doesn't mean I'm any good, it just means I pretend to be. 
I don't believe in favourite genres or styles, as no matter what my favourite character always seems to die anyway.
