I love to write and tell stories. Mind you, I guess you already knew that because I am here...

I have a tendency towards the dramatic having been bitten by the theatre bug at a very young age, and creativity seems to pound through my veins. That being said, I'm also a rather shy and retiring creature, preferring to curl up with my a good book to going out clubbing.

I was born and raised in Perth, Western Australia (which for those of you who don't know is about as far away from Sydney as you can get without leaving the country...) where my fevered brain will often drop strange and fantastic creatures amongst the unsupecting populace.

My taste in the various arts is varied. My favourite authors include Jasper Fforde and Douglas Adams as well as Richelle Mead, Maria V. Snyder and John Green, favourite musicians range from Tchaikovsky and Debussy through to The Beatles, Chris de Burgh, and local bands such as the Murphy Brothers (their album Thick as Thieves is available on iTunes and I highly recommend it!!!).

I'm never happier than when I am challenging myself, and that is what I intend to do here...
