          it was pretty late at night at the moment  ,  and stan was currently sneaking over to his friend’s house to hang out with him  .  it was going against his father’s word ;  but he didn’t care about that  ,  he could deal with it later  .  the tree he usually used to climb up to richie’s window came into view as he rode closer .  he put the kickstand on his bike down  ,  leaving it be and running for the tree  .  he swiftly climbed up as he’d done so a bunch of times before  ,  beginning to rise closer to his friend’s window  .  as he got closer he heard faint singing  ,  slightly furrowing his eyebrows  .  he stopped right before the glass  ,  listening to the singing for about a minute or two  .  he didn’t realize his arms beginning to hurt as he held himself up for so long  ,  accidentally letting go and falling a few branches down  .  “ OW , SHIT — ”  he cursed ,  scraping his arms a bit from the branches .

RANDOM HEADCANON #1: 
          
          Richie is actually a really good singer. He can sing pretty damn good but will never admit it. He purposefully makes his voice crack and sound awful when he sings in front of the Losers. He only sings normally when he’s alone (or at least, when he THINKS he’s alone).
