Oh! So we're saying philosophical stuff now? Okay, then, lemme do one (LONG):
A traveling person (cuz i didn't want to be sexist and write man) approached gigantic stairs, each about 7 ft long and 8 ft wide. They looked far, beyond any imagination, seeming beyond the clouds. Sitting at what the person presumed the top, a golden light shone bright, even with the height difference. The person knew that golden light must contain at least something they desired. They needed this because they were in thousands of dollars of debt to a gang, and if not paid soon, they would probably disappear. They approached the steps, but then stopped. They muttered to themselves, "No, no, I couldn't possibly do this," and walked away.
A week after, a news report on the TV showed the report of a missing person in debt who made a deal with a gang and never paid it.
About a month after that incident, another person came across the giant steps. They were confident they could get whatever was at the top. "I can do this," the person said to themselves, with the pride of an arrogant person. The 2nd person started climbing the stairs, trying to go as fast as possible, eager to see the top. After about a hundred steps, the person stopped. They looked at the bottom which was not too far down. They looked at the top, which looked so far, and so distant. The person went back down, their motivation drained.
After 2 months, another person came. The 3rd person to encounter these fateful steps. Their stoic face reflected on their thoughts as they observed the stairs for a simple minute. They were poor and had been a nomad since they were young, traveling from place to place and taken pity on. But this could change everything. They left their giant backpack behind. With the drive of a lion, they steadily climbed up the stairs, one by one. About what felt like countless stairs and hours, they finally grinned seeing just how much progress they made.
Uh-part 2 in a second :)
