​After a terrifying near-death experience, and an unmistakably powerful vision, I started to write. Writing was something I always did as a child, and even into my adulthood. I composed my teaching philosophy in the format of a poem of all things. But this time it felt like I had finally figured out where my energy should have been going all along. I wrote for me, but I loved the story so much...I thought I just might share it.
