When will i get my book cover?

Title: A Gust Of Wind
          Author: meliay_burt 
          Genre: Fantasy
          Plot Summary: This story is about the four elements, and how they destroyed the evil Ignacio, but had to use up all their powers. They then years later were reincarnated into new bodies, and the main character for me is Alizeh, and she is the reincarnation of the wind element, leda. She is a princess, heiress to the throne, and doesn't know anything about her past. At her coronation to become queen, the kingdom gets word that Ignacio is back. A while later, Alizeh gets kidnapped by three mysterious people, who claim to be the water, fire, and earth, reincarnates, and tell Alizeh she is the wind reincarnation, and that they are the only hope of destroying Ignacio. 
          Some details I know I want on it: Alizeh, she has black hair and green eyes, but if you want you can do the back of her. I also kind of want something with the Air/Wind element in it, too. You can add in that you did the cover if you want to. But if you wanted to add any of the other characters, or anything like that:
          Ryker Fire Weaver: sarcastic, charming, red hair, brown eyes.
          Fern Earth Weaver: kind, a little shy, brown hair, blue eyes.
          Water Weaver (name undecided): gets angry easily, a little rude, white blonde hair, hazel eyes.
          Ignacio: dark hair, cape, black armour, evil.
