Hello and welcome to my quaint profile. I'm glad that you've taken the time to visit. 

As you can see, my name is Desiree, and I am a junior in high school. I'm a young author who wishes to become published sometime in the future. I've been writing for as long as I can remember and have never once faltered in my love for it. Of course, I often deal with writer's block, just like the rest of you. Right now, my published stories have yet to continue, as I hadn't found my drive to finish them until now. 

Unfortunately, I tend to avoid publishing my best works on this site, for fear of plagiarism, which seems to be quite common. Perhaps sometime in the future, if I have gained more confidence, I will post something better. Until then, you shall have to deal with what I'm currently offering.

Another thing I shouldn't forget to mention is that my writing will not only stick to one genre, as I hope to catch the interest of readers from all walks of life.

As of the beginning of 2017, I've decided to get back on track with my writing and continue "Brave", which is one of the stories I have published on Wattpad. There is also a chance of me putting up a new story for any interested readers to take a look at.
