I have my masters in mental health counseling and I am a therapist based in New York. I have a particular interest in neuroticism and personality disorders such as borderline PD and narcissistic PD. Ask me anything about psychology if you're curious!

Writing every once in a while, vinyl searching, creating Spotify playlists, Salem Massachusetts during fall, hiking, reading psychology books, the beach at night, crossword puzzles, vacationing, mental health awareness, snuggling, late night walks, drinking hot cocoa in the winter while watching Christmas movies, photography, movies, music, beautiful people, love, laughing, walking cats around on a leash, running away from bullshit, daydreaming, buying food, cleaning my life up, attempting to be happy!!
