Do you also sometimes feel like ranting/venting to someone?... Just pure rant/vent... No judgements and suggestions received from the other end.
@megnate yes, That's why I said rant to someone, some stranger maybe... who will not judge you and even if they do, it doesn't matter to you. We can't really rant at our closed ones as obviously that'll make us feel stupid afterward.
@megnate Fell like? Or do? Because every time I lose my temper and rant, I feel like an idiot afterward. Like 'why did I lose it like that?'. I know others much more comfortable with it, and I read that its healthy to let it all out, not bottle it up. This is part of why they say cussing like a sailor is good for you too. I do that for sure. Even if its not in a raised voice / rant kind of way. In fact, cussing is apparently a sign of intelligence. Who knew?
