Being a kid what fascinates me to poetry is its complexity, its depths, its mystery, like,  "what the h_ll the poet was thinking?" It's a puzzle to be solved, it's a piece of fabric to be unravelled to reveal the mystery in its perfectly sewn pieces. As a grown up poems comes out of nowhere even in the middle of a hectic day and I discovered one important tool in the process. Emotions. Every emotions; joyful, lonesome, ecstatic, elated, or simply happy and sad are all forms of poetry. Washing the dishes is poetry. Everyday is poetry.
