My Writing Journey

I guess I was around 11 or 12 when I started writing stories. I saw something my cousin's girlfriend wrote in her notebook, and it inspired me to create my own. After that, I filled a notebook with my stories but sadly, I never got to save them. My classmates were my first readers, though some would bash my grammar (I mean, come on, I was still in elementary back then hahaha).

Eventually, I stopped writing for a while, but my love for pocketbooks never faded. I grew up reading pocket books especially Aira Ledesma and Martha Cecilia and I was obsessed with the Sweet Valley High series. I'm a fan also of dark romance genre if you look at my reading list. 

In 2013, I discovered Wattpad through Opera Mini. Guess my age now, haha. The first story I read was by Kuya Soju and HaveYouSeenThisGirl. I was also a big KathNiel fan, so naturally, I loved NerdyIrel too.

By 2015, I joined a Facebook GC for writers. I started writing short stories again and even collaborated with another writer, which led to our mystery/thriller story.

Then life happened.. work, problems, everything in between. But when things got too heavy, I found myself reinstalling this app. Writing kept my brain busy, kept me sane, and stopped me from ending things I might regret.
