I've been working on this story for nearly 4 years, and it never occurred to me to double check that my events were lining up with the lunar cycle in 1993 until I was coming home from some shopping today..major writer's failure on my part. SMH.
          
           I have since updated Ella's birthday to be on November 19th to smooth things over as much as possible. I am taking the creative liberty to move back the Gryffindor Quidditch match to the November 27th, 1993 to coincide with the full moon recorded on November 29, 1993. 
          
          The perfectionist in me hates messing with canon, but as it was pointed out to me, Ella already messes with canon. Moving back the date of a sporting event isn't actually all that significant in comparison...

          To everyone that has read, voted, and commented on "Secrets and Moonlight"  over the years and put up with my lengthy absences—thank you!! I started this at a time when there were few Remus Lupin fanfictions out there, and I was inspired to try my hand at one of my own. I thought I may get a few reads here or there, but I never thought I would log-on and find that my work as been read 105K times. I have so much love and appreciation for each of you!!
          
          I am currently working on Part Two of Chapter 37, and I hope to have it up by the end of the weekend :)

@Jacksepticeyeccom  this made my day!!!! I am so happy to hear you enjoy it so much!!!! I am always coming back to this piece, even if it takes me a while. I am in graduate school and working two jobs,  so I don't have a lot of free time at the moment. But summer is just around the corner, and I hope to get back to this soon!!!
