If I can paint it, photograph it, write about it, read about it, learn about it, or teach others about it, I'm over the moon.  The IT can vary by minute, day, or month... I love to grow, so bring IT on!

My life is a balance of breaking through barriers, finding heart smiles, coaching others, and teaching in the most unconventional ways. I am an old soul with a middle-aged body and a young heart. I've had lots of learning experiences that I used to see as mistakes. I have lots of teachers I used to see as painful people in my life. I've had lots of moments that have created peace with who I am, after years of therapy and self-exploration. 

I am looking for a community to join full of explorers, deep thinkers, open-minded compassionate human beings, and a place I can share support, compassion, and wisdom (if requested).  Peace and love y'all!
