Hey guys! It’s Mia (formerly @ BritishBums) I recently had made the toughest decision to take down my fan-fictions for the risk of being legally copyrighted was something I didn’t want to have to run into later down the road as I start my independent/hybrid publishing journey.
I’m dedicating my first romance novel to the fangirls who write, read, and dream, and I hope you keep on dreaming. This one is for all of you! Thank you so much for being here to support my fan-fictions when they were around, and if you’ve ever written one, your art is valid, and yes, you are a real writer. Never question that!

@glossystain thank you so much! <3 thank you for supporting me since then! it means a lot to mee. She’s Just Not Into Him is actually elemental to a lot of band-fiction I wrote in the past! So it’s going to be awesome and it’s definitely everything of this vibe that I had going in early works from the past, it’s going to be rom-com ish/romance and it also touches on mental health struggles as one of the main characters struggle with schizophrenia. ;-;

for those who may not know, i got diagnosed with bipolar disorder + psychosis sometime at the beginning of this year, and i have been getting treatment to be able to cope with this mental illness since. it’s a real life battle sometimes to be in a mixed episode of bipolar disorder (i am in one atm i think) though i am holding on.

I am so sorry to hear this, but I am here for you! in November of last year I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder as well and have had quite a time adjusting to it. if you need any help or just want to talk to anyone, please reach out! it runs in my family and i have seen/been in quite a few different cases when it comes to the mixed episodes. @kloetomlinson yeah, it's alright. i got about getting diagnosed by running it by my primary doctor's office about the symptoms I was experiencing first over the phone and they had referred me to a psychologist who then referred me to a psychiatrist. I have monthly appointments with my psychiatrist now, and she changes my medication doses accordingly to the standing of the bipolar psychosis symptoms! I'm so sorry this was your experience with it. I went through something similar when I was 19 and it was frustrating to have so many people not believe me about an illness I thought I had. Anyhow, I hope you find the help that you need. Hang in there!
