"U-uh h-hawks what a-are you d-doing?" He's getting really close now and now I'm stuttering over my words this is so embarrassing.

"What could you possibly mean kid I'm trying to make it up to you I know who much of a fan you are so why not make your dreams come true with a kiss. It wont be that bad I dont bite, well if you dont first at least."

I blushed and push him off real quick I ran to my room and lock the door behind me in the distance I can hear him chuckling at my action. God why me why do i have to get so flustered so easily!? I said yo myself stuffing my face in a pillow.

That's when it hit me the food was still on the stove. I quickly got up running to the kitchen without making eye contact with Hawks and turn off the stove saying that food was ready and quickly ran back to my room looking myself again.

I decided that I would take a little nap to get my mind off of the situation that nap turned into a full-on sleep. I will go to another loud Bang coming from the kitchen. I get up and once again rushed to the kitchen to see what happened.

And there he was again trying to make food. I laughed coming into the kitchen startling him and causing him to drop more pots on the floor.

I pick up the pots and start taking out a ingredients for what I want for dinner then I turn around and ask him what he wants for dinner knowing he would ask for fried chicken so I just decided to cook what I was going to eat.

I didn't have most of the ingredients so I decided to go to the store and on the way back I would grab Hawks some KFC.

When I got back the whole house was dark so I thought Hawks went out to go get some KFC I tried to call him same situation happen again he didn't answer his phone and I started to panic.

One I didn't want him to buy more KFC two I didn't want him getting drunk again so I don't have to babysit him like the previous night and three I can't keep panicking because I'll end up having a heart attack.

I wait a couple of minutes just to make sure he was not home and hear the front door unlock. I quickly jumped out of my seat and run into Hawks arms.

"Woah woah looks like someone missed me you okay?"

" no you can't just keep leaving like that last time I let you leave you got drunk and then passed out I wasn't trying to deal with you again also I was worried" I whispered the last bit thinking he didn't hear me.

"Aww you don't need to worry for me babybird I'm a pro hero I deal with villains everyday and I'm pretty sure I can handle some people trying to rob me if that were to happen but you didn't so don't worry" I blush because of the pet name he had gave me and lightly hit his arm walking over to the couch and plopping down.

" I look what I got you I think you'll like." I look behind me on the couch and see him holding a jewelry bag. My eyes widen and my mouth is hung wide open.

"You did not just go out and get jewelry and I'm hoping not for me because I'm sorry good sir but I'm going to have to return that, it's too much and you've already given me a good home,food, and water I think I'm okay."

I tried to get up and go to my room to say goodnight but I'm stopped by hawks feathers, little tiny feathers. I look up and see him smirking.

"Oh no baby bird you're going to take this jewelry and you're going to wear it around this house and you're going to look good for me." He smirked while licking his lips.

This made me gold and blush and look away. I heard footsteps coming my way and that made my heart race even faster. I look up and I'm face to face with Hawks abs.

I drool at the site of his tone abs through his shirt. I hear chuckling above my head and quickly realized that I was staring at his body again. This is like what the second time he's caught me staring at his body since the time we've met.

How could this get even more embarrassing.
