Beaten

He was standing there, the room felt so cold yet so deadly. His name was Thomas. He use to be Olivia's ex boyfriend she put him in jail before, he would always abuse her until one day she decided to arrest him herself. But his time was up.

Olivia froze. She saw Thomas talking to Elliot. She went back out until Thomas turned around and scolded Olivia. She stopped walking and rolled her eyes and turned around irritated.
Olivia looked up and down " hey no time to chat..I have to go..hum see you around I'm guessing" she said turning around.
"You have a baby..did you adopt or whose the father?" He added with a smirk. Olivia saw Fin and gave Molly to him. Every saw what was the conflict was about. Olivia dragged him to the interrogation room and slammed him against the chair.
"What do you want? Ruin my life again" she said yelling, Elliot was standing behind the glass holding Molly.
Thomas laughed. "Ahh oh Liv..that's what I loved about you. Your so vulnerable.." He says. "So tell me you ever fuck your partner?" He adds.
Olivia looks back and laughs. "Someone once told me...no one could ever love me like he did..so I don't know so am I screwing my partner?" She said. Thomas got up toward Olivia. "I'm going to make your life miserable just like you made mine" he says. Olivia looks at him "yeah let's see how far you get" she said leaving the room. As she leaves she sees Elliot standing by the glass. She rolls her eyes and goes to the bathroom followed by Elliot.
"Who is he?" Elliot said looking at Olivia and locking the door.
"Don't worry about it..in fact don't worry about me." She said back harshly. Olivia was trying to leave the bathroom but Elliot blocked she walked to the other side.
"Well you wanna do that fine but I'm not letting you kiss me." She stated rolling her eyes.
"Liv why do we keep doing this to each other." Elliot said sliding down the door. Olivia looks away.
"Maybe because we don't belong together" Liv said back hurtfully. Elliot had tears in his eyes and looked at Olivia. Olivia was facing the other way.
"Is that really how you feel?" Elliot says standing up. Olivia didn't answer she just kept looking away and got up and walk toward Elliot.
"Can I leave now? Don't want the squad to think of something else." She said.
"Your changing Liv and I don't know what's happening to you" Elliot said. "Now you can tell me who he is or you can walk away from me and we will just remain partners."
Olivia had a tear roll down her cheek she walks around Elliot and stops at the door, she looks back at Elliot and more tears fell from her eyes.

POV
Thomas was my ex boyfriend he would always hurt me he said he would stop and as a SVU cop I didn't realize that he would stop. I should've left and I did, I arrested him, he was in jail for 4 years. I'd always cover up my bruises with make up so nobody would notice. I know Elliot heard what our conversation was about in the interrogation room, but I don't wanna re live my past especially that one.
Olivia unlocked the door and Elliot heard the door unlock and he turned around quick and slammed the door shut. Olivia turned around.
"Don't leave me Liv...don't.." Elliot said sadly holding the door shut. Olivia has tears falling from her face.
She pushed Elliot gently and walked out the door. Elliot hit the wall with his fist and kept hitting it. He walked out the bathroom and saw Thomas standing near the water machine. Elliot walked over to him and started yelling at him.
"How do you know Olivia benson" Elliot yelled Olivia turned around to Elliot and Thomas.
Thomas laughed "I'm surprised I was a secret..well all that make up worked a lot..I'm her ex boyfriend who always beaten her up." He said with a grin. Elliot was going to punch him but Olivia ran over fast and pulled Elliot back.
"Stop" Olivia said. Elliot turned around.
"You couldn't just tell me that Liv.." Elliot said looking at her. Thomas chucked and left the squad room.
Olivia walked away from Elliot, he pulled her back.
"Liv I asked you to marry me and you said yes we have Molly. I kissed Helena because she was lying and she wouldn't just tell me on the spot. When I found out that it was loss of blood I rushed back to give you mine." Elliot said. Olivia started to cry.
"Everything..gets in our way of being together why do we even bother?" She said back.
"I'm never gonna stop fighting for us..we have a daughter together."
Elliot gets closer to Olivia and hugs her. Olivia cries in his arms.
"Your mine..and I love you...I'm never gonna stop loving you." Elliot said kissing her forehead.
Thomas was still gonna make Olivia's life hell. But Elliot was going to protect her.
