Dear Us,

Hello my fellows
My siblings in arms
I follow you to battle
You lead the charge

You're all a lot older
And I wish I could do more
But a thirteen year old kid only reaches so far

So I'm here today
To ask you a question
'Bout whether or not you can give me a position

And when I say me, it's not just me
All of us who are in dire need
Those of us who can't lend a hand
Because we're too young
And we're still meant to be bland

So Us, if you may
Please respond before the day
Where you've grown up and we are the victims
Of policies that are yet to be rewritten

I know you'll be on it
As soon as you can

But a broken system
Can't be fixed by too little hands

Love, Remy
