A Day in Filia's Past

PHING PHONG PHENG PHONG

The sound of the school bell rang as the students began fixing their bags.

"ahh...finally. class is done." Filia says as she fixes her bag.

"man...pre calculus is hard..." Filia complains.

"remember to read your books to prepare next meeting." Mr matthew, their professor, leaves the room.

"man, what a day...." Filia says as she stretches her arms.

"I know, right? English was a total freakin' eye sore today..." Cei Orthel, The friend of Filia says.

"dunno bout you, but im fine in English." Filia says.

"Lucky... I can't understand it for the life of me." Cei says.

"don't worry, I can teach you when I have free time." Filia offers.

"That'd be great, if you could..." Cei says.

"I can. I just don't know when..." Filia replies with a sigh.

"Oh, don't make it your top priority, just... whenever you're up for it, y'know?" Cei clears up.

"it isn't a top priority though...my schedule would always be busy. If it wasn't, well, im down to do this and pull an all nighter."  Filia says as she explained her situation to Cei.

"Heh... whenever works on your end..." Cei says as the two walks out of the classroom.

"So, what're you doin after school? Anythin' interesting?" Cei asks.

"hmmm got a few...but I have a free time for two hours before going to take care of My brother at the hospital." Filia says.

"Oh, that's right... how's he doing?" Cei asks worried.

"he's doing great. Getting wee bit better each time I see him." Filia says while scratching her cheek.

"Great to hear! Will he be out soon?" Cei says with relief.

"soon? Maybe...just not this month." Filia heaves another sigh as Cei pats her back.

"Well... hopefully he gets well soon!" Cei says enthusiastically.

"The feeling is mutual" Filia replies.

"Well..." Cei then chuckles.

"I would hope it to be..." She says.

the two reach the entrance of the school.

"wanna get some snacks? I heard they opened up a Cafe." Filia says.

"Oh? I haven't heard, is it nearby?" Cei asks.

"yeah, it's just walking distance. If I remember correctly, I passed by it once after I visited my brother." Filia says.

"I guess we can check it out, lead the way!" Cei says.

"Great to have you on board!" Filia says as she grabbed Cei's arm.

"Always a plea-sure~" Cei says.

The two began to walk towards the Direction of the cafe, Led by Filia

"tada! Isn't it cute???" Filia says as she drags Cei towards the cafe.

"It's nice... small.... quiet, really peaceful." Cei Nods.
