Thatevening, the three of them visited their favorite bar to celebrate Ayesha'ssuccess. The drinks were on Ayesha but the topic of discussion was Punit.
"How could you make a mess of such a simple question? Asked Ayesha in utter disbelief as she sipped her bear.
"I have no idea," answered Punit. "At that moment, I just couldn't think at all."
Sid somehow controlled his laughter and said, "Dude if you think with your dick, the only answer you will ever get is 'fuck'. I told you to use your brain."
"This isn't funny bro. It was a mistake."
"Mistake!! You are lucky that the H.R didn't complain against you. Otherwise, you would have been banned from the rest of the interviews."
"Seriously Punit, this went too far." Added Ayesha. "This could have ended your career even before it started."
"Don't you guys think that I know it?" Punit was getting frustrated. "Trust me, I know how close it was and what the repercussions could have been. But all I can say that it wasn't intentional and you guys aren't helping at all."
They both realised that 'Punit-bashing' was getting stretched. Ayesha wrapped her arm around his neck and said, "Calm down, we are just kidding. We know that it wasn't intentional."
"But I guess that the lady liked your strength and fantasized some of its implementations," winked Sid. "Otherwise, she would have complained against you." That lightened the mood.
As they ordered another round of beer, Punit asked, "But Sid, why don't we start our business now? Why to get into jobs and waste few years when the ultimate goal is to be entrepreneurs?"
The idea of entrepreneurship was brewing between them right from the first year itself. Mainly it was Sid who was heavily inclined towards business but long, overnight discussions, exploring new possibilities, studying new concepts and the dream of having a company of their own won Sid a tag team partner for his venture. Since Punit's dad was strictly against the idea of Punit being an entrepreneur, he decided not to share his involvement in the start-up with his family. He wanted to surprise them with its success. Over the years, they debated and scrapped many ideas till Sid finally came up with one that both of them were satisfied and confident about.
"Because we need funds and we also need to know the market better. That can only happen when we take up jobs and explore the possibilities as thorough professionals." Replied Sid.
Their discussion continued over a momentary halt as their drinks arrived. "I think you guys should go and talk to the training and placement officer (T.P.O) of our college." Suggested Ayesha. "Though he sounds confusing at times, but he can give you some proper suggestions."
Ayesha, unlike both of her friends, was not at all into entrepreneurship. She preferred stability over the 'high risk high gain' concept but she never discouraged either of them from chasing their dreams.
