This Is Fine

Gerard's POV
I woke up the next morning with a bright smile, this wasn't a bad thing. Neither of us were good for eachother so why would I waste our time? Sure he was a good guy but we weren't good. He was a great kisser but honestly I can't judge us off that.

So I got ready like every other day and sprung out the door with a bright smile and a cigarette in my hand. Mikey was right next to me with the same smile.

"It's finally fucking Friday! The first week of school is done!" Mikey said realizing what day of the week it was. "Yeah, shittiest week ever," I said laughing.

"Oh well. Today won't be bad, no boyfriend drama, no fighting, everythings in the clear this time Gee." Mikey said as we approached the school. I flicked out my cigarette and took in a deep breath.

"TGIF Bruhh," I said and me and Mikey parted ways. He was still with the inn crowd and I prefered going off in a new direction then the normal flow. I looked over in Frank's direction he smiled at me. I drew in a breath and smiled back and waved. He gave me a salute before heading off in his own direction.

This is alright.
Frank's POV
I walked past Gerard who gave me a wave. He was adorable sometimes. He wasn't mine, but at least the guy was happy.

I opened my locker and pulled out the picture of us and looked at it. I tore it and looked at the remains and thought
This Is Fine.

And discarded it.
