Chapter 11

Luz Pov:

"Amity..."

Shit... I've barly been Spider Girl and somebody has already found out my identity. And of course it was the person I kissed yesterday.

What am I supposed to do now? Kill her? I wasn't trained on what to do when somebody finds out who I am! Hell, nobody even trained me!

"Luz you're..." Amity's eye's were filled with confusion, fear, and a million other emotions I couldn't read.

I looked down at my suit before looking back up at Amity.

"Oh! No no no no! This is not what it look's like. You see, I uh... The fact is... Cosplay?" I shrugged my shoulder's with a forced grin on my face.

Amity raised an eyebrow at me, titling her head.

"Yeah! Cosplay! I wanted to feel like Spider Girl!" I laughed waving my hand as if to dismiss the matter.

"Luz... You were on the wall." Amity said slowly stepping closer to me.

"Yeup! Just getting into characte-"

"Luz!" Amity cut me off by grabbing my shoulder's and looking me in the eye's, but I wasn't able to meet her gaze.

Before I could do anything me pulled me into an air crushing hug.

Why was she hugging me? Wasn't she mad? I thought she was going to brake up with me. Oh no, she's going to end the relationship before it had even begun!

"It's okay Luz. I'll be here for you."

I felt tear brim to the corners of my eye's. I wouldn't think she would be okay with this.

I wrapped my arm's around her holding her close.

"Thank you Ammy."

As I pulled away she gave me a quick peck on the lips, her hands still on my shoulder's. It gilled my stomach with butterflies and my face flushed red.

I don't think I'll get used to that.

"Wanna see what I do every day?" I smirked, trying to compose myself.

"Luz what are you talking about?" Amity folded her arm's, smiling a bit as she looked at me.

I pulled my mask back over my face, grabbing Amity by the waist. A blush spread across Amity's face as I aimed my arm into the air.

"Luz what are you- AHHARHA!" I shot off into the air causing Amity to scream and wrap her arm's around my neck.

I guess telling her helped get some stress off my shoulder's.

"LUZ PUT ME DOWN! PLEASE?"

Even when she's terrified she's still polite.

"Just open your eye's Amity! It's beautiful!"

She tightened her grip around my neck as she looked down at the drop below her.

"Luz please don't drop me!" Amity buried her face in the crock of my neck.

I smiled under my mask slowly lowering us to the ground.

She kept her arm's wrapped around me once we touched the ground. "It's okay Amity, you can look now."

She slowly looked around making sure we were on the ground before letting go. I missed her warmth but I didn't want to test her right now. I feel like if teased her she would kill me.

"Thank you for putting me down." She folded her arm's, looking down at the ground.

"Awh Amity I didn't mean to make you mad." I wrapped my arm's around her waist, pulling her close.

She smiled at me making me heart feel warm.

"Hey who's that lady with Spider Girl!"

I looked over to see a randome stranger with their phone out looking at us.

'Creepy'

A few people gathered near the first person, pulling out their phone's as well.

"Well that's been ruined. Sorry for doing this Amity."

"Doing wha- AHHHG!" I shot off a web again, flying into the air. I had my arm around Amity's waist.

"I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!" Amity clung onto me enough to knock the wind out of me.

I really hoped that somebody didn't actually get that on camera.

That could change everything for Amity and me.

I swung down in front of Amity's house, letting go of her gently.

"I'm going to kill you Noceda!" She growled under her breath, glaring at me at me.

"Yeah no you don't" I quickly took off my mask giving her a kiss on the cheek before putting my mask back on.

A blush spread across Amity's face as I started walking away.

I turned around and saluted at her before swinging off.

God I love her.

I swung through my window taking off the suit and the mask.

I hid it in the back of my closet closing the door and throwing myself onto my bed.

I pulled out my phone and started scrolling through Penstigram. I liked a couple of posts, laughing at a few.

I could be doing other thing's after a long day but I just wanted to relax.

I clicked on a video with a black main screen as the loading sign came up.

As it started playing I saw a video of me- er. Spider Girl, and Amity.

The video showed me swinging off with Amity and holding her by the waist.

'Oh nononono!'

I looked at the comments and they varied from many thing's.

'Who is that girl?'

'Is that Spider Girl's girlfriend?'

'Lucky girl!'

'Holy fuck! Amity Blight is dating spider girl!'

I started silently panicking. Damn it! What if I ruined Amity's life? People thought we were dating! I mean like... We are, but nobody know's that! People should think she's dating Luz, not Spider Girl! If people thought that then people could use Amity against me.

Did people even know Amity is gay?

God she's going to kill me!
