It was later the same day and Kokichi and Kiibo were hanging out at Kokichi's house, The teacher had asked Kokichi to try to catch Kiibo up on what they had been learning.

" Why would you even hang out with Saihara? He seems so rude and manipulative, " Kiibo asked as the two sat on Kokichi's bed

" Its just, he was the only one who would talk to me when we were little. I was very s-shy, like I am today, and I would get made fun of it but not as bad is it is now. But Shuichi would talk to me, play with me at recess, invite me to hang out at his house after school, I know its all normal friend s-stuff but up until when he started talking to me I had nobody, even my cousins wouldn't ask to come to our house until my sister was born, I was alone. " Kokichi explained looking back on his childhood, when talking about stuff that he had explained over and over he could say it without stuttering to much.

" Well I'm here now! I will be, for now until you have countless friends, " Kiibo smiled. He normally would never say that to someone he would never just offer his help to people for no reason. But seeing Kokichi blush slightly and smile when he would say he would be there to help him made him feel a different way, a happy way.

" T-Thanks, you already helped me multiple t-times today, which is more than anyone w-who I had only known for a day, hehe.. " Kokichi said as he looked up slightly so he was staring straight into Kiibo's bright eyes. After a few seconds Kokichi chickened out of having any confidence and looked away from Kiibo.

" aww! big brother has a crush! oooh!~ " Kotoko said from Kokichi's door way.

" K-Kotoko! Don't say t-that! " Kokichi said as he hid his head in his hands. Kotoko giggled as she continued walking down the hall, and Kokichi quickly closed the door.

" s-sorry about her, " Kokichi apologized as he sat back down on his bed with Kiibo.

" Its alright! " Kiibo said, " anyways, we should probably start working on the work, " Kiibo said. Kokichi quickly nodded, happy to change the subject.

" Thank you for having me! " Kiibo said to Mikan as he put his scarf on, it being winter time.

" O-of course! your f-free to come over when ever. Im glad k-kokichi is making some good f-friends, " Mikan stuttered with a slight smile on her face.

" bye! " Kotoko said, trying to rush Kiibo to leave so Mikan would watch a movie with her.

" Kotoko! Stop t-trying to rush him! mom can you tell her to stop? " Kokichi said, embarrassed by his little sister being rude.

" C'mon Kotoko, l-lets go watch the movie you wanted to watch earlier, " Mikan said as she took Kotokos hand and the two went to the living room.

" S-sorry, she likes having all the attention from o-our parents, " Kokichi apologized once again for his sister.

" Like I said, its ok! shes just a little kid so I know she doesn't mean it to much. " Kiibo said trying to make the situation calmer, since Kokichi was visibly stressed out about how his sibling was acting.

" no- well- never mind- " Kokichi went to correct Kiibo, knowing his sister can be very rude on purpose, but decided to let it go. " Anyways, d-do you want me t-to walk you home? I c-can! " Kokichi asked.

" No no! its ok, it would be a cold walk there and back. Thank you though Ouma, " Kiibo said as he went to leave.

" W-wait! " Kokichi stuttered. Kiibo turned around and looked at Kokichi's flustered face.

" T-Thanks for coming over, I m-mean I know you kinda had to f-for school but, " Kokichi stuttered as he rehearsed what he wanted to say in his head. he exhaled and resumed talking, " But thanks for staying, and dealing with my family, and thanks for standing up for me today at school- I-I'm sorry if t-this is weird! "

" Of course, I'll always be here. You need the help and I'm happy to give it to you, " Kiibo smiled. right before the robot turned around Kokichi quickly hugged him and kissed his cheek, then shut the door and ran to his room. Kiibo stood out front the door of the house with his hand to his cheek for a minute, trying to process what happened, before quickly running home so he could go to sleep, and wake up to see Ouma the next day.
