~TURTLE'S POV~
"ahem"
Was the only thing heard among the turtles. They had been quiet ever since Y/N ran away and there was tension in the air.
"Donnie what do you want to say," questioned Leo.
"Well, I just wanted to remind you all that Y/N is still out there and all we are doing is sitting on the couch doing nothing!" Donnie shouted.
"Okay well it's not like I'm about to put us all in danger just yet we need a structured plan we can't just wing anything." Leo slightly raised his voice
"I think Raph should be helping more. I mean he is the reason she stormed out in the first place." Mikey pointed an accusing finger towards Raphael's direction.
"Whatever, I can't do anything anyways. We don't even know where she is for Shell's sake!"

For the next few hours, they pondered on different strategies on how to find you, but came up with basically nothing. They had absolutely no way of knowing where you were or what had happened to you in general.

They opted for patrolling the city late at night to see if they could spot you and to their luck, they did. Tonight it was Raphael's shift to patrol. He spotted you on the roof of an old apartment building in the more quiet part of the city.

~RAPHAEL'S POV~

"Y/N?...Y/N!!" He sprinted towards your still figure. He sees you turn your head and gives you a small, rare, smile.
"Y/N?" He became puzzled since it seemed you didn't look especially happy to see him. He cautiously walked closer and closer to you until he was about a foot away. He grabbed your arm and said: "Y/N, are you ok?.."

He watched as you seemingly snapped out of your trance and stood up. "Oh! Yea, don't worry! I'm fine." At first he was a little skeptical, but that was soon erased with a warm feeling of reassurance when you sent a smile his way. You hugged him to make sure that he thought nothing was odd with your behavior.

Soon enough you two were making your way home. It was raining, which made the trip more difficult. Not only was the trip difficult but extremely awkward since both of you did not say a word.

About 20 minutes later, the two of you had made it back into the familiar alleyway. You both plunged down into the sewers and made your way back into the lair.

As soon as you and Raphael stepped foot into the living room, you were both bombarded by questions.

~YOUR POV~

You calmly walked into the living room, prepared for the millions of hugs and questions as to where you were. You had previously prepared an entire speech and some answers that you thought might've been asked.

D: "Y/N! Where did you go?! We were so worried!
L: "Hey at least she is safe now, thanks to Raph."
M: "Awe! We missed you! Donnie was freaking out!"
D: "I was not Mikey!"
L: "Ok. Guys, she's probably exhausted from being out for days, let's let her get some sleep."

The rest nodded and had Raph walk you to your room. Once you reached your, now unfamiliar, room, Raph paused and stared at you. "Um, sorry for yelling at you, and I'm glad you're safe, ok?" You smiled sweetly at him and thanked him. "Yea, sorry for snapping at you like that and thanks for finding me."

With that, you closed the door and got ready to set your new plan in action. If you're confused, your plan was to infiltrate and expose the lair's location, obviously making it easier for the Kraang to track down the mutants.

Something deep inside of you was screaming not to betray the turtles, but you weren't in control. It's like your brain was betraying you. Like someone was telling you what to do and you unconsciously obeyed. You hated the feeling of being controlled. You preferred to have full awareness of your surroundings and body, but unfortunately that wasn't the the case right now.

Over the next few days, you tried to stay calm and act like you normally do. You had succeeded in planting tracking devices in small crevices around the lair. One in the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, etc. A part of you felt guilty for doing this, but then again, you weren't in control. It was the new you. But, the new you wasn't you at all, just someone else toying with your mind.

TIME SKIP TO MORNING:
~MIKEY'S POV~

'I should probably go wake up Y/N it's 12 p.m already.'

I walked to the wooden door at the end of the hallway, Y/N's room. Tentatively, I knocked. "Yo bro you up?" No answer. "Helllooo..." Still no answer. This time I knocked a bit harder. Suddenly, a very awkward looking Y/N answered the door.

"Um yes hi....what do you want?"
"Nothing just came to see if you were up, it's pretty late."
"Oh ya well I'm up now so you can go back to whatever you were doing."
"Okay well...see you later." I forced a smile.

I honestly have never seen Y/N act so strange. For a few seconds I wondered if I should talk to the other turtles about her display of strange behavior. 'Should I tell them about it...nah they probably didn't notice anything weird going on. Maybe I'm the weird one for thinking something is weird...No I will tell them I'm worried for Y/N.'

"Hey guys?"
"Yes Mikey?" Donnie questioned.
"Well uh did you notice anything strange about Y/N lately?"
"Actually yes, ever since I found her and brought her back to the lair Y/N's been really weird lately..." Raphael said with crossed arms.
"Yeah she usually comes over to ask me what I've been doing but Y/N's been kinda out of touch and hasn't been acting normal." Donnie chimed in.
"Has anyone else noticed how Y/N was also acting more hostile and secretive 'round us?" Leo added.

The group starts to slowly narrow their eyes as they connect the dots. They all have noticed the slight change in behaviour when near Y/N. How she would flinch at every touch, how she would snap more than usual, how she would act more belligerent and secretive towards them. Something was definitely up.
