Chpt.2~ What The Hell Donnie!

    After yesterday, you couldn't stop thinking about what Donnie had said. 'It's probably nothing, Donnie's just being Donnie. Right?'

You shrugged it off not wanting to upset your brain anymore. Today was the turtles first day going to the surface, with you accompanying them of course. You were Kind of nervous, seeing as they are giant turtles which would make going to the surface very risky.

   Yes yes, I know I shouldn't underestimate them but still, they could get into some serious trouble. 'Oh my god, will you stop overthinking everything. Jeez Y/N'

     You were bored and waiting till 12:00 just staring at a wall isn't something you wanted to do, so you decided to go and listen to music. You walked into your room and grabbed your headphones and plugged them into your phone(that Donnie made of course;)

     You sat down and snuggled yourself into a blanket burrito while listening to some of your favourite songs including, Teenagers |MCR|,
I Hate Everything About You |TDG|, etc.

  Since you were blasting your music at full volume and had gotten lost in your thoughts, you failed to notice it was almost time to go and you didn't hear someone knocking on your door. "Hey! Y/N! We're leaving! Hurry up!"

    After about a couple more knocks you heard and much to your dismay, had to get out of bed. "What! I'm listening to musi-" "We're leaving! I don't really care about your music. Hurry up." You rolled your eyes but couldn't help that small fluttery feeling inside your stomach when Raphael spoke to you. "Hey, are you ok? Your flaming red." He exclaimed with a small and unnoticeable smirk. "I-Uhm yea i'm fine, let me put my shoes on and I'll meet you." He nodded before walking away from your door.

   Once it was closed, you exhaled a breath you didn't even know you were holding. 'Jesus what the hell is this feeling, it's weird and I don't like it' scowling, you put on your sneakers and met the turtles at the entrance to the lair.

  "Y/N! Y/N! We're actually going! Dudette! We're going to the surface!" You laughed slightly at the youngest turtle watching him jump up and down in excitement.

  "My boys, listen to me very carefully," Master Splinter said walking into the room. "You must not get into any trouble or ever let ANYONE see you, understand? Otherwise you will not be permitted to go out onto the surface for a long, long while." The turtles, alongside you, nodded their heads determinedly and made their way into the sewer.

    Five minutes later, Mikey was already sprinting through the sewers. "Yo! Mikey! Slow down! We're supposed to be sticking together!" "What she said! With you messing around, Master Splinter is never going to allow us out here if we mess something up!" Raph added.

      "Sorry Dude and Dudette! I just really want to see what it's like!" I sighed knowing there was no stopping Mikey when he gets excited.

We had made it to the ladder and started climbing up. I was last unfortunately, but luckily fast enough to keep up with them. When Mikey opened the sewer, his eyes immediately sparkled and he gasped. "Woah! Dudes! Look! Look! It's amazing dudes!"

The rest of the turtles climbed out of the sewer, and copied Mikey's actions. "Woah, this is cooler than I thought!" "Yea! Look at the cool lights!" "Huh, this is kinda cool." I just laughed and walked towards the sidewalk. "Where are ya' goin'?" Raph asked. "Um, since were out here, why are we still standing here and not out and looking at the lights?"

The turtles smirked and started climbing up the ladder onto the roof. I followed shortly and soon enough were were jumping from roof to roof, of course I had to partially mutate so it would be easier.

Suddenly Donnie stopped making us stumble and turn towards him. "Yo, what's wrong don?" He stared longingly at a building not to far from us, basically with hearts in his eyes, "it's a girl, she's the prettiest girl I've ever seen!" We rotated our heads to look in his direction and obviously we spotted a girl with ginger hair in a ponytail and a yellow shirt, with jean shorts over leggings.

"Donnie, she's literally the only girl you've ever seen." He didn't take his eyes off of her until we heard her shout. "Hey! Look! They're taking her! We gotta do something!"
"Donnie! No! Master Splinter said to not get involved with people and to not get in trouble!"
Raph and Leo agreed and without us noticing Donnie and Mikey had sprung into action. The three of us groaned and reluctantly followed them.

Surprisingly enough the girl had managed to get out of the men's grip, but not long enough to escape fully. "Hey! Let her go!" With our weapons on hand, we attacked and finally managed to get the girl away. With the girl in donnie's arms, she was screaming, or at least trying to scream. Her dad ended up getting taken but we could only handle one person.

Eventually we stopped running and rested for a bit. After about a minute, Raph, Leo, and I all yelled in sync "What the hell Donnie!"

"Master Splinter said not to interact with humans! I thought you were smart!" I felt guilty for lashing out, but I couldn't help it. Of course I was worried.

"We couldn't just do nothing! She was getting kidnapped!" The girl scoffed "you are the one who kidnapped me! Clearly!"

I glared and she luckily backed down, visibly shrinking back into the wall. I pinched the bridge of my nose, "alright, we might as-well introduce ourselves.

"I'm Y/N N/N, nice to meet you."
